terms & conditions

strictly no cancellations or refund once your order submitted.full refund will be given if your goods were out of stock during the buying process.please be sure that you're able to pay for extra fees (eg: second payment) before placing order.payment must be made in full amount upon ordering.deposit will be accept if the price of items are >RM80. you need to pay 60% of the price as deposit. balance must be pay in 2 weeks after the deposit is made.payment can be made through online banking (instant transfer), e-wallet or cash deposit only.all orders are pre-order unless stated. only order if you're willing to wait and not rushing!most goods are ready stock at official store. some might out of stock during buying process. full refund will be given.once you make payment and submit the forms, it means you're agree with all the terms and conditions above.

second payment

first payment is price of goods and transaction fees. All price shows in the form already being calculated together with transaction fees.

second payment consists of international shipping, handling fees and local postage.

example: intl shippingRM15+handling feesRM7+local postageRM7

international shipping will be range between RM10-100 depends on your items weight. Japan shipping fees will be higher than Korea shipping fees. Fees for small items will cost below than RM10

handling fees; RM7-10 (heavy goods: books, poster), RM4-6 (small goods: postcards, keychains etc)

local postage; RM7 (WM) / RM15 (EM)
>EM price will change depending on your package weight.

international postage; please consult with me in DM

transaction fees is an additional fees when transferring to foreign accounts. This only applicable for US and Japan goods.

when will i received second payment?
i'll send second payment details via email once items arrive in my house. you'll be given one week to pay for your second payment.

frequent ask questions

1. How many days can I get my items and will you contact me for 2nd payment?

ETA of the shipment will be 3 to 6 weeks. Pre-order items will be count from the day of items released. Kindly check Order Status/Update for your goods' status and whereabout. You will be contacted via email or DM for your 2nd payment.

2. Can I pay my 2nd payment after the given date?

I would not encourage customers for late payment since I've given ample time for you to make a payment. If you have any trouble, please contact me directly through DM or email.

3. Can I place an order after the dateline?

Yes. If you can access the Google Forms link, it means that I still take order.

4. How can I know if the items are still in stock or out of stock?

Please read all the information given in Google Forms. I made a clear remarks on the items/GO conditions whether the items are ready stock, in stock, pre-order or out of stock. Please read carefully before placing your order with me.

combine package

For my services, combine package means all items purchase will be combined into 1 local postage. You can collect or combine all orders into 1 local + handling fees shipment. Here are the rules:

You will get 30days of storage for your order. please contact me via DM or email to inform me which order/items that you want to combine.

The 30days storage will implement once items arrive at my house. kindly check your storage end in order status and go to combine order.

Hello, Rin's here. Personal order is an order that I will personally place order on your items and it will not involve a group order.

Please read the instruction below carefully before you made an order with me. do take note that there'll be an extra fees for any personal order make.

personal order

it would be appreciated for you to provide a direct link or author twitter account for the purchase (KR/JP/US/CN-Site)
you can request a personal order to become a group order such as Haikyuu!! fan made items, manhwa special goodies from the author itself.
a charge of RM3-7 will be added for personal order. Handling fees and personal order charges are different.
please note that the shipping price will be higher than forms order as you need to shoulder the fees on your own.
please only order when you’re 100% sure.
